Maintenance plays an important role in the life cycle of a software product or application. It is estimated that there are more than 100 billion lines of code in production in the world. “As much as 80% of it is unstructured, patched and not well documented”…says a white paper by the Department of Computer Science, Tufts University.

Just as we need regular check-up and upkeep, software also does need maintenance. If not managed and maintained properly, cracks appear on your software, and these cracks can be detrimental to your business.
