Job description:
- 12-15 years overall design and development experience, leading project teams.
- At least 4-5 years hands-on experience on automation programs using UiPath/ Automation Anywhere, / Blue prism, .NET framework, Power Automate, PL/SQL, Reporting tools, python / Machine learning based automation projects.
- Experience in assessing business processes for automation, determining technology to be used, working with clients for approval and software installations, performing cost benefit analysis.
- Work closely with operations to implement, monitor and run bot factories and maintain automation pipeline.
- Build a strong team of automation developers and expand automation footprint.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience leading and managing technical teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
