Job description:

  • Strong knowledge of identifying process maps, process design, improvements, and implementing change working alongside operations.
  • Rigorous focus on process outputs and outcomes to improve process efficiency, quality, risk and compliance and customer experience.
  • Expertise in lean, six sigma, TQM, and related tools, and in implementing quality improvements initiatives.
  • Expertise in assessing processes for automation and working with technology teams for enabling implementation of the same.

Key Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8-12 years’ experience working in process engineering roles in Business Process Operations
  • Strong Knowledge of Identifying Process Maps, Process Design, Improvements, and Implementing Change
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and Related Tools
  • Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.
  • Working with Technology Teams for Implementation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
