Job description:
- Strong knowledge of identifying process maps, process design, improvements, and implementing change working alongside operations.
- Rigorous focus on process outputs and outcomes to improve process efficiency, quality, risk and compliance and customer experience.
- Expertise in lean, six sigma, TQM, and related tools, and in implementing quality improvements initiatives.
- Expertise in assessing processes for automation and working with technology teams for enabling implementation of the same.
Key Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8-12 years’ experience working in process engineering roles in Business Process Operations
- Strong Knowledge of Identifying Process Maps, Process Design, Improvements, and Implementing Change
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and Related Tools
- Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.
- Working with Technology Teams for Implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
