Bala has over three decades of experience in the high-tech industry. As a Co-Founder and President of Congruent Solutions since 1999, he has steered Congruent through diversification and growth to emerge as one of the pioneers in the retirement technology solutions and outsourced retirement administration services. Congruent also launched CORE Retirement Solutions, a suite of Enterprise Technology Solutions for Pension Providers in the US.

He is a Charter Member and a past member of the Governing Council of TiE, Chennai, and an active Rotarian. He is a member of the Regional Council of NASSCOM and is currently the President of the IIM Calcutta Alumni Association Chennai Chapter. He is on the Board of Trustees of Relief Foundation, an NGO focused on transforming education to the underprivileged children.

Bala received the Pathfinder 2013 award from The Economic Times, recognizing his contribution to the IT & ITES industry

He is a visiting faculty at the Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is regularly invited to offer guest lectures and workshops at Great Lakes Institute of Management and his alma mater, IIM Calcutta.

Bala has a Master’s from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering.

Jagannathan is Managing Director at Fourth Dimension Technologies, a leading IT Infrastructure solution provider in India. Prior to starting Fourth Dimension, he was instrumental in setting up India’s first manufacturing plant for dot matrix printers in 1987. He is an active member of TiE, an organization that fosters entrepreneurship.

He also mentors students on new ventures and is a regular speaker at some of the management institutes in Chennai. Jagannathan, an electrical engineer, is a management graduate from IIM, a premier business school in India. As an active Rotarian, he has been involved in community service activities, such as care for the aged, polio eradication, and education scholarships for the needy.

Chandrasekaran has 28 years’ experience in software development and Business Process Outsourcing. Known for his expertise in setting up large Offshore Development Centers (ODC), he has enabled Congruent to be one of the early companies to be ISO: 9001 certified for software development services. He has been advising the Company on all key initiatives supporting our business strategy, including CORE-DC development.

As part of the core team, he managed two acquisitions in the US and the consequent merger of the business operations. An industrial engineer from the College of Engineering, Chennai, he also co-founded SecovaeServices, India’s first HR-BPO company to be ISO: 27001 certified, and plays the role of a full-time Chief Technology Officer there.

R Ramaraj is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved in ventures in IT, cellular and the Internet. His last venture was Sify, where he was the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Sify was India's first Indian Internet company to list on NASDAQ National Market in the US (NASDAQ — SIFY). He was recognized as the' Evangelist of the Year at the India Internet World Convention in September 2000. He was also voted the IT Person of the year 2000 and in 2001, in a CNET.com poll in India.

In 2010, The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) recognized him with a Life Time Achievement Award for nurturing the Spirit of Entrepreneurship and inspiring and mentoring numerous entrepreneurs.

Earlier, he was the Senior Advisor at Sequoia Capital. He is currently Senior Advisor at Elevar Equity. He is a Member of the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC).

He is on the Olympic Gold Quest (OGQ) board, a not-for-profit organization. OGQ is committed to bridging the gap between the best athletes in India and the best athletes in the world, thus helping Indian athletes to win Olympic Gold medals.

Ramaraj is the Chairman of Villgro Foundation, an Incubator for social enterprises and also Chairman of the IIMC Innovation Park.

He is the first Indian to be invited to the Board of Directors of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). He served for six years as an Independent Director. He was a member of the Global Board of Trustees of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs).

Ramaraj holds a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Ph.D. from SRM University.
