Job Requirement:

  • Compliance testing (all types of contribution calculation and non-discrimination test)
  • Form 5500 preparation (Audited and non-audited plans)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of performing compliance processing and testing of defined contribution plans.
  • Applying retirement plan regulations and plan provisions to a variety of retirement plans and providers.
  • Understanding Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) rules and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) plan documents.
  • Validating contribution based on Client requirement and performing Testing: 402g, ADP/ACP, 410B, 415, 414s, 401(a)4, 416 tests. Analyzing the testing results and performing correction methods for failures.
  • Preparation of 5500 forms, schedules, 8955-SSA & 5558.

Key Requirement:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Graduate with >65% in academic track
  • Experience in compliance testing, 401k, Defined Contribution, form 5500
  • Problem Solving ADP / ACP
