We are very excited to share that Congruent Solutions and Rotary Club of Madras East have entered into an agreement with an objective to train underprivileged children in the area of finance so that they could get gainful employment.
Congruent Solutions will provide a specialized top-up program on #401K to these students. Certificates will be issued to students who successfully complete the program. These certificates will be issued by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). This ensures that the student can be placed anywhere within the country. Congruent Solutions will also absorb some of the students who graduate from this program.
